Too much milk?

My twins are now 1yo and are eating 3 meals a day plus snacks. But they are also having 1x 8oz bottle cows milk around 8am (after their breakfast) another around 2.30pm (before their nap) and another at 7pm (before bed) i feel like they are possible having a bit too much but are eating solids really well. My concern is if i cut out the 2.30pm bottle they dont drink enough water from a sippy cup through the day. I constantly offer, they have a few sips now and then but im worried theyll dehydrate if theyre only getting a bottle in the am and pm and sips of water during the day.. can anyone offer advice please?
Also my DS seems to be a bit constipated now he is drinking cows milk not formula. He was regularly having 3x poos a day now barely having 1x a day

It doesn't have to be all or nothing. You could always offer a smaller bottle at 2.30 as a step towards reducing feeds. Also remember that solids generally contain quite a bit of liquids eg fruit, porridge made with milk, which all aids their hydration.

My 22 month old still has too much cows milk - her paediatrician suggested half milk half water as a way to reduce the reliance on milk.

Too much milk apparently can stop the intake of iron

Disclaimer - obviously I’m not a doctor so feel free to ignore what we do

I would probably start by reducing the volume first. Try 7oz each bottle then offer water.
My daughter was on 24oz of formula at that age too. She did barely ate and only gained 200g between 7 and 13 months. It was only when she was having that amount of formula and food that she started gaining weight again. She dropped a bottle and a nap around 14 months which put her on about 18 Oz but then went on a reflux flare up at 15 months and started drinking 15-20oz overnight until we realised it was reflux and comfort eating! She was 20 months before we could wean her off formula at this point she was having 13-18oz a day with 3 meals and occasional snacks.
She's nearly 4 and and still have 6-8oz of oat milk before bed. She has it in a cup now but it's the only time of day we can reliably get her to drink a decent volume of liquid. She refuses drinks during the day and she needs the calcium and iodine in the oatmilk due a restricted diet due to allergies.

Could you drop the first bottle instead of the one before the nap?

You could always offer a cup of milk with their breakfast instead?

You're aiming for around 300 mls/10 Floz a day between one and two years Wink
