My child is 4 and lived with me since birth. Her father has been abusive and is a poor role model. He recently took my child and isn’t returning her, his current partner is helping him and is looking after my child. He’s citing concerns with my current partner which are unfounded. He has social services involved and is claiming they told him to keep her and go for 50/50 custody. I haven’t even been called by social services I had to call them multiple times to try to find out what’s happening. We have equal PR but I’ve always been the primary care giver and she lives with me. How can this be allowed to happen? I’m devastated and my child will be suffering separation anxiety. Any advice welcome
