A 'buggy board' compatible with the doona?

Are there any at all? Sorry if this question has already been asked a gazillion times couldnt find it on search.

If you go on the buggy board website ( can’t remember the brand name) all the compatible buggies are listed

I think because the car seat doona isn’t meant for babies to stay in for extended periods I don’t think they’d make a buggy board for it?
