My 16 month old attends nursery three days a week. She started crying upon drop off about two months ago. We essentially can't even stop around to say a proper hello as she just screams her little head off. Recently we noticed, that she doesn't do that with all members of staff. Both my husband and I noticed that she is only like this when she sees this particular member of staff (she does most of the pick ups).
She seems very happy overall, we have good reports from nursery, but this concerned me a bit. I keep wondering, does she feel some animosity from this member of staff? does she just not like her ? really weird..
anyone had something similar? not sure how to approach this..
