Please help as SO will no longer be allowed to WFH and I can’t think of anywhere in the country close enough to the capital that meets all my criteria. It needs to be:
-A reasonable commute to London (not Exeter as fast train is too expensive)- max 3hours
-Accessible on public transport(we don’t drive but can walk reasonable distances)
-Walks that dont involve crossing cow fields
-has a swimming pool and sea not too far
-nice houses /flats for a max budget of £350,000
-has toddler groups
-safe
bonus: nice independent cafes
