So my ds is 5 almost 6 weeks and since about 4 and half weeks is now struggling, at first we thought it was colic as did my health visitor so I put him on infacol, he then went on to not poo for 4 days and then went 4 times normal poo and also went the next day. I had a feeling the infacol had constipated him as a few weeks before he had infacol and went 3 days without a toilet but then went back to normal. This week just gone took him to the doctors and was prescribed lactulose 2.5ml when he's gone a day without going, well I did this and he had a lose poo and then missed a day and from 4am has been struggling, grunting and screaming and still hasn't been. I'm struggling mentally going from a content baby to a baby that seems in a lot of pain, also at the doctors they told me they could hear a heart murmur. I'm crying daily pretty much. I have so many questions but Dr's just rush you out. Has anyone else had this?
