Just for fun / inspiration. I always find weekends difficult when it comes to food!

breakfast was : crumpet with almond & coconut butter. And a banana
snack strawberries.
lunch was - scrambled egg, seeded toast & melon.
snack apple
dinner will be - baked fish & pasta salad (pesto I made with spinach & sunflower seeds and nutritional yeast die to dairy and soy issues, wholewheat pasta, peas, cucumber, broccoli, celery & violife Greek. Basically all the favourite veg 😂)

coconut based milk later on and will probably ask for more fruit or bread

LO is being fussy with a lot of proteins ie chicken and other meats & the dairy soy issues have been fairly recent so all these alternatives are quite new to me! But finding it fun exploring new things.

the almond coconut butter is sooooooo yum!

I tried this mango curry recipe yesterday and everyone loved it! Switched stock cubes to salt free one.

16 month old:
Breakfast - porridge fingers, natural yoghurt and blackberries
She doesn't usually have a snack but we'd been to the park and shops so I didn't want to put her down for a nap hungry so before nap she had a banana and cup of cows milk
Lunch - courgette fritters (freezer stash) and honey dew melon
Tea - spinach and ricotta puff pastry with carrot and parsnip mash

DS is 15 months.

Breakfast was Weetabix with oat milk (CMPA)
Snack was an Oatie bar
Lunch was dippy eggs with toast and a handful of blueberries
Snack was a banana
Dinner was pork belly with sweet potato wedges and green beans

I would say today was slightly better than average! Usually there’s a few melty puffs and some baked beans going on too..!
