Fingers / toes randomly go red and swell

Hey, my little one who’s 4 months has often had a random finger / toe go bright red without any injury etc but yesterday she was hysterical and then her feet were swollen and again toes/fingers red. See her little toe in the photo. Has anyone any idea experience of this?

I'd be making an appointment with the GP.

There is a condition called Erythromelalgia that has similar symptoms but it’s quite uncommon, if your baby seems to be in pain it’s definitely worth getting checked out at GP.
