Child’s phobia

I am a neurodivergent mum to 2 DS. Eldest is 7 and youngest is a few months old. We got him a baby monitor and older DS is afraid of it. He said the reason for it is that “it’s blue”. Any help mums?

Is it one that has night vision? I find ours creepy too, although, that's because I've watched too many horrors! Maybe if it were possible, you could get one that does full colour even in the dark?

@bloodyhellKen22 Yes it’s that one. I have explained to him it’s very important for mummy and baby. Yes the crying and moving limbs at night is bad too!
