Issues with 3 months old falling asleep

My 3 months old baby sleeps very well during the night, but is falling extremelly hard to sleep, especially for daily naps.

We tried evrything we could find but nothing works.
It takes up to an hour of crying and protesting to get baby to sleep.

I have a 3-month-old and she's a very good sleeper. I think I'm just blessed with a sleepy baby rather than it being anything I do. Starting from 2 1/2 months she started having a little cry before going down for a nap. That gradually got shorter and shorter and now it's just a couple of tired whimpers. I try to catch her just before she gets tired, if she starts looking into space or rubs her eye, she's harder to settle otherwise. When she was crying a lot, I sang the same lullaby with her in my arms. Lots of contact - I could never just put her down. I do the same thing every time she has a nap so she has got used to it now. Sometimes I put an extra blanket over her. The warmth makes her sleepy and I take it off when she is asleep so she doesn't overheat. I think it's pretty normal for babies to need to cry themselves to sleep at this age. It sounds like you've got a smart and curious baby who doesn't want to miss out on anything by sleeping! This might sound a bit gross, but I let my DD snuggle into my armpit. She likes that and falls asleep quickly. I think you just need to experiment and find the thing that works for you. Hope this helps a bit. You've got this!

Before putting babies to sleep, massage them to stimulate the feel-good hormone. Additionally, massage helps with colic and constipation.
