Hi, my DD’s father and I have been separated for years and don’t get on despite the fact that we co-parent.
There is a history of manipulation and verbal aggression. He has spent time in a jail cell, said it was a drunken incident but has also lied before.
Do I have any right to request further details? I assume that if this put my DC in any danger the police would be obliged to mention this or is that not the case?
