Working with young children

I have recently got a new job in January. I have a 9 and 2 and half year old. Toddler hates nursery the drop off are just awful and I feel quilty. I finding it difficult to juggle e everything and just want to no how others do it. I have no help from family.

Yes - parents with young children who work outside the home tend to be tired, and a bit stressed. It is hard work.
