Hi, little one has had a temp since thur afternoon, quite clingy, off his food, vomiting on and off. At times he seems perfectly fine.He's come out in these red marks/spots. We are due to go on holiday a week today. What's the chances of it being chicken pox🙈 there is chicken pox going around the nursery🤦🏻♀️
