3 month old smiles - for everyone except me!

The title pretty much sums it up.

She gives beaming smiles to her dad and grandparents, but I only occasionally get one or two.

Am I doing something wrong here? I engage with her all day, I spend all day feeding/playing/chatting with her.

Its stupid but I feel that she likes me less than everyone else.

Little Sod! Sounds like she likes the novelty of other people. Could you try going out for an hour tomorrow and leaving her with DH and see if you get the smiles when you return?

@CadyEastman I might try that. I’ve been wanting to get my nails done anyway. Might be a good test to see if it’s just because she sees me literally all day every day that I’m just boring to her now!

It just makes me feel a bit sad that I don’t get the beaming smiles like everyone else. But I’m glad to hear that it’s normal and that my feelings that she doesn’t like me as much as everyone else are just me being silly.

She doesn't need to smile for you, she still thinks you are part of her.
