Sleep wear newborn

Hi, i am due my first baby in mid August and i have no idea what to dress them in to sleep as a newborn. I am scared of them overheating and scared of blankets rising up over them, but sleep sacks seem to be for when they are bigger?

I think you can get sleeping bags from the Gro company from newborn. Not sure which tog ratings they do though in this size.
