It was just so easy peasy with DS - mum said, put a potty on his highchair every morning, and thats that. And it was. That was that.

But DD (2 yrs 3 months) wont go near a potty, just sits on the toilet and laughs at me, kicking her legs. Then 2 seconds later wants to jump off.

I guess Im waiting for the summer, where I can pick up tips - like let her run around in pants (cheapo's eh! LOL) and try that.

I know when she wees in the simming pool nooo! really??? she holds onto her bits and tries to cross her legs, so Im really hoping that when she does a wee in her pants, she wont like it and will WANT to go to the loo instead.

Give me encouragement ladies, Im dreading it! - ish

wait for summer, let her run around with her bum out, and every time she wees, tell her 'in the potty'! then when she gets it in the potty, give her a chocolate button.

How did you fit DS into his highchair if it had a potty in it?

smugcolditz - fab idea, will have buttons by the sack full then

Shitemum - are you? LOL, I bet not!!! The old highchair was a wooden one, with the base that turns into a table. so the width of the chair was quite generous.
