Non blanching pin pricks

My two year old has some tiny pinprick spots on her torso and a couple of her thigh and top of her arm. She probably has around 7 or 8 of these starting from her neck down. She doesn’t seem poorly in any other way (no temp etc). I worry more about her as she’s non verbal. Our GP surgery isn’t great, hence me not contacting them before about this. Thank you 🙏

It’s hard to see anything from the photo. If the GP is no help then I’d try 111

If the baby is well I wouldn't even think twice about it.

Looks like a petechial rash. My son used to get them and we never worked out why or what caused it. Can you send a pic to your GP?
