Is this chicken pox?

Hi all, just went to change my 2 year old and noticed these spots on DS. They’re located at the top of his bottom(just under where the top of his nappy would sit.) He’s not got any anywhere else, he’s well within himself and they also don’t feel raised. He is quite a sweaty child so unsure if these are more heat related.
I’ll attach a pic for reference.

Possibly. If it is then it's very likely that more spots will appear over then next few hours. They can appear over several days even. They'll also get very distinctive blisters on each spot.

I think you just need to wait and see how things develop for now.
