15m old sleep regression or new normal

Help please,

Our daughter was the easiest baby. Since 6m old, she would sleep 12 hours a night most nights, in her own room and cotbed and did not wake up for milk. Even as a newborn she would wake up only once and quickly go back to sleep. We have had a few regressions when she was sick or teething but she always returned to her normal baseline. She is now 15m old and the last few weeks have been hell! She sleeps at 9, wakes up at 11:30pm, then 02:30 and 04:00. Most times she doesn't 't even want milk, even when offered. She wakes up screaming and wants someone in her room, some times she will settle down and sleep if we lie on the floor next to her, others she will stand up and moan. We have resorted to taking her to bed with us because we are exhausted and desperate. She then stops complaining and tries to sleep. She is gassy, at night I don't know if that has something to do with it but no teething or obvious illness. Please help!!! Any ideas, suggestions, books to read are welcome. We are sleepless and desperate!

What are her naps like?

She started nursery at 11m and has since been on one nap only, usually 12:30-14:00. One nap routine worked well for us because while she was on 2 naps I struggled to get her down and she slept for 30 mins at a time only.
