I dont know where to start. He held contact and I got it back through cao to the cost of nearly 20k. Been settled for 4 months and then my son told a teacher he get hit all the time in the care of father. Social services now involved to which he explained and admitted. No contact for 2 weeks now and they coming to see me next week. It sounds like he gets hit as punishment alot. I feel so gutted and sad and clearly ex cant cope with shared care. There is emotional abuse too.
Shall I take this back ro court and vary the order or let social do there investigation. Allow contact or not? He was never physical for 30yrs previous to me or my kids but now I feel exasperated and scared. Please give me some help as I have no money left for a barrister for the last 7 times in court has taken my full time wages! Please help.
