Chickenpox?

Any advice my daughter just 4yrs had faint rash under skin over a week ago these became more prominent last Saturday. Two days ago I assumed chickenpox, but she already had aged 2. The GP is unsure chickenpox or viral. Mild temperature, feeling tired, headache otherwise ok. Rash is now more widespread only on torso front and back/arm with maybe 12 red dots but not raised like this. Has not crusted over and not painful, as shingles should be.

Got quite raised (4th image) and gone flatter over last 24hrs although not fading.

Looks like any chicken pox I've seen. Don't give ibuprofen just incase it is.

You can get chicken pox more than once it's just quite uncommon. Was the previous dose of CP quite mild, if so then that's what it cld be this time.

Thanks all, she's not ill, just under the weather. Hot to touch, but only mildly elevated temperature, sore throat and headache. GP also said her throat was red, but no spots. Most odd, just don't want to pass it on.
Her first case of CP was mild thankfully, although she has a temperature and was unwell.
Suppose just watch and wait to see if scabs over, but the GP was baffled by nothing on her legs.

Only mildly raised, but warmer than normal and clammy. No runny nose. These babies make you grey :)
