Bloody smelly poo after 1st round of vaccinations

Just wondered if anyone else has experienced anything similar. My baby had his 1st round of vaccinations 2 weeks ago. He has had bloody stools that smell really bad and smelly farts. He is feeding fine but seems to be quite needy. I mainly try to breastfeed but he has a couple of formulas a day as I don’t seem to be able to make enough milk to express and save it (he’s quite greedy). He was fine before the vaccinations on Aptamil pre-made bottles and Kendamil powder.
I took him to my GP and the doctor saw his bloody stool and sugggested he could be allergic to cows milk formula and proscribed me some Aptamil for milk allergies. I had also recently switched to HiPP bottles as they are organic, so not sure if it correlates with the switch but the poos have definitely been smelly since the vaccination. He still has bloody stools but it’s not as frequent. I am now giving him the new Aptamil but it makes it difficult for going out for long periods as I can’t buy the pre-made bottles.
The doctor didn’t seem concerned about the bloody poo but I have read it can be a reaction to the Rotovirus vaccine. He also seems a lot more colicky with trapped wind which he never really used to suffer from before. I don’t want to really not be giving him cows milk formula and he has been fine for the last 8/9 weeks before the vaccination (he’s coming up to 11 weeks old now). I don’t know if I have just been fobbed off when actually this is a reaction to rotovirus vaccine?

I have a vague memory (four years ago, sorry!) of poos being worse after that vaccine… but not for two weeks! If gp thinks cows milk allergy have you also cut this from your diet? From friends experiences it took a few weeks for baby to settle once all milk (&eggs and soy for then) were cut out of her diet.
