Bouncy castle party for 7 year old

My Daughter will be 7 in a couple of months. She has had a bouncy castle party every year (her choice).

She had asked for an entertainer instead but has now changed her mind and wants a bouncy castle again.

All of the 7 year old parties we've been to this year have had entertainers or a little house party. I'm worried that they might be a bit old for a bouncy castle party and everyone will be bored after half an hour?

DD is 7, her school friends would be happy with a bouncy castle party. Some people have entertainers, soft play is popular.

How about a disco party, might she like that?

My dd had bouncy castle parties for 4,5, and 6 and it does feel a bit young for a 7 year old - most of her friends have entertainers for parties which is less physical. I think the kids still enjoy it tbh, but it gets more about what looks cool rather than what's actually fun!

We had a disco bouncy castle (with lights and speaker) for her 6th so it was half disco/castle, plus an inflatable slide and a craft corner so it wasn't just the bouncy castle - maybe try something like that. Or look for another inflatable set up - for her 7th we might do an inflatable ninja course or hold it in a trampoline place (which has a big inflatable bit) instead.

Thanks both.

A disco party does sound amazing!

I have found a leisure centre that has a massive bouncy castle with stairs and slides and whatnot, so perhaps to at would keep them a bit more entertained than a normal one? Then they kick you out after an hour and you go to a separate room for food so it breaks it up.

Arg I'm hoping it's the last bouncy castle party. It's all getting a bit boring doing it every year!! I was praying she would ask for a small party with her best friends but she's incredibly sociable and loves the whole class coming 🙈
