4 month sleep regression and extra feeds

My son has recently entered the 4 month sleep regression.
Before he would dream feed at 10pm, feed again around 3am and wake at 6am.

Now we dream feed as usual at 10pm, and then he's stirring and awake at 1:30am and 4am. In between these times he is stirring a lot and needing a little touch to calm him.
Ive been feeding at 1:30am and now 4am, but now wondering if he will become reliant on that extra feed in the future. Or just trust when his sleep settles he won't need the extra feed.
He is very fussy with feeding in the day now and doesn't drink more than 4oz each feed every 4 hours, (this has started before the extra feed at night).
Any advice appreciated! Thanks

How fussy is he with his feeds in the day? Do you think it's just a 4 month being too interested in what's going on around them or are they in some discomfort?

I think it's more interested in other things as sometimes he will drink more. And at night he always drinks a whole bottle.
Midway through drinking he will stop and start smiling at me 🤣. X
