Breastfeeding/Expressing

I am due to return to work in 8 weeks when my baby will be 4 months.
Up until now we have managed to successfully breastfeed with my supply being good enough to also express some so we already have a stock of frozen milk and baby has been fed from a bottle using this on the odd occasion.
However with my return to work looming over us, I am getting ready to transition baby onto bottles full time as my partner will be taking parental leave. I want to keep baby on breastmilk but have no idea where to start with a schedule for pumping/feeding or how much baby will even want as up until now we have fed completely on demand.

Has anyone else made this transition successfully? any advice?

I want to keep disruption to baby as minimal as possible. I am willing to go with a bit of trial and error which is why I am starting to think about this now however I am a terrible overthinker and have no idea where to start.

Hi
Could I ask if you managed to figure out a schedule?
Thanks!
