Littlelife carriers

We finally go on holiday this weekend with our 22 month old.

Thinking that a carrier maybe more practical than a pushchair for the walk to the beach, does anyone know if they fit plus size people?

I want to get a second hand one but worried about the straps

We used one with both of ours. I think it would depend on your height and how plus size you are. I'm a size 16/18 and I didn't have any trouble with it. Dh is probably not as overweight but is 6'5 and it fit him fine.

The only thing I would say is, depending on which one you get, they are quite heavy. I would try one on in store before you buy to make sure you will be comfortable carrying that weight (plus the added weight of your child). For example, dh had no issues at all and we hiked for miles and miles with it. But I definitely would have found long hikes and steep hills to be challenging - and I'm someone who does a lot of walking with a pack. I didn't expect it to weigh as much as it did, when we bought it.

Thank you that’s useful to know! Currently a 18/20. Hoping that it’ll be fine. I might pop to a go outdoors and have a look but I didn’t want to get embarrassed if it didn’t fit
