How old is too old for a garden pool party?

Is 11/12/13 too old for this? We have a fairly large (12 foot maybe?) pool somewhere.

Never. My daughter has a summer party and has had a pool party almost every year since it was old enough to be safe. She'll be 22 this June and still planning to invite a small group of friends over some time near her birthday.
