Nappy leaks

My LO is 16 weeks and sleeps through from 9pm to 5am but her nappy is leaking every night. I have tried 2 nappies, nappy boosters , one nappy on the right one and one over the top back to front. Has anyone got any suggestions on what I can do to prevent her leaking? It doesn’t seem to be bothering as she is sleeping well but it is an awful lot of washing!

Can you do nappy pants?
My DS was soaked in everything else.
Tbh they leaked as well as he ate like a calf all night but it was less than in normal nappy.

I'd try adding a reusable nappy booster (hemp is most absorbent, microfibre the least) and a reusable nappy wrap. Disposable (or reusable) nappy of your choice, then the booster, then the reusable wrap. That way you can add absorbency without compromising the fit – the reusable wraps are much more adjustable. You'll have to wash the boosters and wraps, of course, but that's much less than washing all the bedding.

Thanks I had been doing booster in a size 2 nappy which is her normal nappy and then a size 3 dry nights over the top but still getting leaks from the top.
it is so frustrating as I really don’t want to be waking her to change her as I am well aware of how lucky I am with her sleep and that it could change any day 😂

I think I will order some wraps and see if that helps

Do you get 2+ nappies in this size....the + is extra absorbent.

Yes, I tried the same thing with a size 3 over a size 2. I actually found full-on reusables easier so mostly used those, but I know the booster + wrap over a disposable works for a lot of people.

We used Motherease Sandys & booster + Airflow wrap, never got leaks.

At that age I bet you can change her quickly in a dark room without her really waking up. Maybe try that before you go to bed?
