hi my baby has recently turned 1 and she is now drinking full fat cows milk we started 2 days ago and today she has not pooped the cows milk is the only thing I can think of she’s getting plenty of fibre and eats lots of fruit and veggies so I can’t think of why she’s constipated other than switching to cows milk?? Any ideas what we can do will it get better after awhile or should I stop the cows
milk?

When you say she's getting plenty of fibre, could it be that? Any wholewheat products aren't recommended until they're two Wink

We had this. I just put my daughter on toddler formula and kept trying every few months. She was near 2 before we managed to do it with no constipation x

You can also try Sterilised or UHT milk. The proteins will be more broken down, like it is in formula.
