2 year old with unexplained fever. 39.2 but coming down with calpol/nurofen. Had a cold last week and now just the remnants of a stuffy nose. First time mum so stressed after googling unexplained fever 🤯🤯 could a fever spike at the end of a cold rather than the beginning? Note: she’s fine in herself just a bit grumpy before the meds kick in
