Shes teething and drooling bad but noticed this today, what to do?

To add neither me or her Dad has ever had one

Could just have scratched it at some point, I wouldn't worry too much. If it reoccurs maybe send a pic to doctors for their opinion.

Possibly. Get a swab from the GP. That’s the only way you will know for sure. It’s important to know and treat (if advised by GP) as the virus can spread into the nose and eyes especially on babies who touch their face all the time.
