Help! Hit the soft spot!

I was play with my 10-month-old DD and she suddenly slammed her head into my nose while my head was bent.
She cried for maybe 10 seconds and then was back to normal. One side of her fontanelle was red for a few minutes though.

I am alone with her right now. What should I do??

Sounds like normal happenings with a 10mo tbh. If she seems ok then probably no harm done. I know what it's like, mine headbutted me many times at that age😂

The soft spot is actually quite tough and she's more than likely OK.

However if you want to be sure, you can always take her to paediatrics for them to give her the once over.

Our little one hit her head and we took her. They did a head to toe examination and we stayed there for 6 hours for observations. We were 99.9% sure she was okay, but we would've been worried sick had she not got checked.

My 11 month old is always knocking his head against things. I’d live at the hospital if I got him checked every time. Just keep an eye on her and if she seems her usual self I’m sure she’s fine.

She will be fine - how's your nose?

Thank you, everyone, for your comments. She is perfectly fine. It seems like my nose too the bigger hit!😅
