So our family has been offered a free all inclusive holiday for a week abroad, which sounds like an absolute dream - it's through a family member so no scam, just a very lovely gesture. My OH doesn't like flying, or the heat, and doesn't want to go. I however like these things, and don't think the children (6M and 9F) should be limited because of his dislikes, so I think it's fine to go and he can stay home. I get he's worries about flying and being in a different country to his children if anything goes wrong, but I also feel if it's that much of an issue for him he should just suck it up 🤷♀️. Not sure if AIBU?
