Does this look like teething?

My baby had his second jabs a few days ago and since has been extremely unsettled. He’s crying like I’ve never heard before and keeps waking up in so much pain. He’s also running a temp of 38 degrees. He’s 3 months old.

could the 12 week jabs be causing this much distress? It’s heartbreaking.

someone else suggested it could be teething but I wasn’t convinced so managed to get a picture when he was screaming. Does this look like teething?

I am taking him to docs soon to check him over due to distress and temp but can’t see what they can do really apart from send us to hospital for tests!

This sounds more like the jabs than teething - I can’t really see anything in the pic to suggest teething but I may be wrong. My dd was exactly the same after her first set of vaccines. It took about a week to get better after (has been absolutely fine with all other vaccines since) It’s good you’re getting him checked but I’m sure it is just because of his jabs. I hope he’s ok soon, it’s so stressful and scary when they’re poorly xx

@Daisymae55 i thought as much.
he reacted bad to the first ones as he was crying and being excessively sick after his milk and had tummy ache but didn’t have a temp with them and slept okay!
these ones he had a temp the same day and has has these awful screaming episodes where he’s shaking as he’s crying so much and his temp has come back! He looks absolutely shattered poor thing

I would call the HV for advice. Where I am it's the HVs that give the jabs, is that the same for you? X
