Oh wise MN it's currently 25 degrees in DD room (9 months old) and I'm terrified she will overheat. She's snoozing but keeps rustling around. Currently in her nappy and a cotton romper with a 1.5 tog sleep bag - I don't have any lighter bags. I do have a huge muzzie and was wondering if I would be better swapping her out sleeping bag and tucking the muzzie around her instead. Her window is open and her room door is open too. We've had the curtains & blinds shut all day but since she's came to bed the temp in her room has been climbing 😩

Just take her out of the sleeping bag.

It's only 25, should be absolutely fine in a vest and 1.5 tog bag. If worried, feel her chest or back and remove the sleeping bag for a few hours til the temp drops a little

Thanks wise-end MN, we tried the muzzie tucked around but DD is a wriggly wee worm 🪱and won't settle without a 'cover' she was absolutely fine in her sleeping bag. Tonight we've put the Dyson cool fan in her room to help keep the room cool 😮‍💨 give me cold winters at least then its layers on rather than layers off to moderate temperatures 💖
