Any ideas what this is? (Nappy pics)

12 month baby girl has this green discharge in her nappy and very sore at the front. Never normally suffers with nappy rash.

Should add been to GP and they've taken swab which won't be back till after the weekend. Made no mention of what it could be or causes.
