Help me stop spiralling!

Hello all, I have 3 children. My oldest child is 9 and neurotypical, my second child has just turned 4 and autism, she showed a lot of signs early on one of which being she didn't talk, my youngest is 20 months and she's not talking, she says "mum" now and again and "again" when playing but that's it.

I know it's not a sure thing, but I can't help but spiral into the what ifs of what if she has autism too?

is 20 months really late to be at this stage? My daughter had other more obvious signs at this point that my youngest isn't exhibiting yet. It's just so hard, I went through so much heartache when my daughter was being assessed and although autism isn't bad or scary it is painful to not hear your child's beautiful voice

I would say it's getting a little late abd if you have one with ASD, you're likely to have another but it's not automatically ASD.

How does DC3 do on thus simpke progress checker?
