First mobile phone

I am planning to get a mobile phone for my 12 year old daughter . I cant find any suitable phone with inbuilt safety features. I want to limit the usage at the same time manage the device. Any suggestions?? In America I found troomi

Most parental controls are software based - so not specific to the phone. If you are looking at android phones, family link is free. Microsoft also have family controls, as do apple.

You can also buy other software which can be used across different devices such as Norton family.
