Baby Eczema- any magic cures please?

Does anyone have a magic products for eczema on a 2 month old baby please?
it started on his shoulder, and the GP said just use E45 but it has spread to his face and is currently all along his forehead and under his chin bless him.
He is EBF so if milk is the answer I’ll give it a go!

I don’t post much I mostly browse but I had to help you. I suffered terribly as a child with eczema. Mum tried basically everything to help me.
The only thing that really helped me was taking some porridge oats and putting them in a pair of tights. Tie a knot in the end and run it under the bath water.
If it’s that super red raw type that make your scratch like mad it will take the redness and the itch right down and really soothe your poor baby.
