My daughter is 4 months (with eczema) and my room at night is approximately 19 degrees. She’s got a 1.5 tog sleeping bag. What would you put her in underneath that? There’s so many recommendations I don’t know which to follow….

I usually put mine in a vest and babygrow. If it got any hotter, then just a long sleeve vest, then just a short sleeve vest. Grobag have a fairly easy to follow guide, unless the eczema changes the recommendations?

Vest and babygrow would be my starting point, although you do have to tweak it a little for the individual baby. DD2 would have definitely wanted long sleeved vest and babygrow at that age; DD1 ran a bit hot and might have just had a long-sleeved vest.
