Parenting and Chronic Pain

I am coming to realise that I did not think too much about the physical demands parenthood has, I have a 2 month old baby and had a c section and I am breastfeeding and I am in pain everywhere, back, shoulders, arms.
I have scoliosis and some other physical issues that mean I was in pain before baby arrived so now it's all exacerbated. Does anyone have any similar issues and how did you deal with it?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I just carry on. Not much of a choice really.
But planning makes thing much easier. And remember to be fair to yourself. You do great!

Speak to GP or physio about exercise that can help manage the pain.

I have chronic pain due to widespread osteoarthritis. Really painful in hands with a toddler, youngest of 6. I took up weightlifting to strengthen my muscles to support my joints which reduced pain massively. I had 3 months out of the gym back end of pregnancy to 10wk pp with our youngest and the pain got progressively worse, a couple of weeks back in the gym the pain was more manageable again. Sometimes I can struggle to motivate myself to go in the gym when pain has been getting me down but once I push myself to do it I feel much better so I do push myself most weeks.
