Uterine prolapse in pregnancy - advice!

Has anyone experienced a uterine prolapse in pregnancy where the cervix was at the entrance to the vagina?

This is currently happening to me at 15 weeks pregnant. It's pretty grim/distressing. A couple of days ago i could feel it when I was in the shower. I went to a&e and was seen by gynae doctor. I was examined lying down and my cervix went back in slightly. Her main concern was the my cervix was closed (which it was) and she didn't really have any advice beyond "do your pelvic floor exercises". Given the position of my cervix, I really don't know how much this will help. I've been doing them since then though. Today it's felt low even when I'm lying down. I'm feeling really anxious about what it might mean for the rest of my pregnancy. I've contacted a couple of women's health physios. Has anyone got any experience of this? Any advice welcome!
