Advice- mottled skin!

i just want some advice whether I should be concerned or not about my nearly 1 year old. This morning she had a poo which was very pale compared to normal, I’d say a very light yellow/creamy colour and she’s been off her food and clingy all day. She’s got super snotty nose and is also teething. She has now developed mottled skin (see picture) and I just don’t know whether to be concerned or if it is just a reaction to a virus. My first born never had any of these symptoms which is why I’m more worried. Thanks! (Just to add she did start cows milk around 1 week ago but doesn’t drink loads)

Personally when my daughter was recently I’ll her skin went like that before she went down in a heap, does she have a temperature?

She didn’t have one when I checked around 30 mins ago. I’ve just managed to get her into bed so will check her again shortly.

*ill, I don’t know why autocorrect changes it to that 🙄. Agree with other poster ring 111.

My skin is like this on my thighs and arms. It is more prominent when I'm hot. She might be coming down with something or a bit warm given the change in the weather

Light brown poo or white, cream colour poo? If it’s the later she need to go to A and E.

I would definitely be ringing 111 for advice at the very least, tonight.

@Anon1324 I know this is an old thread, but any update on the outcome of this?

could have written this myself for my almost 9 month old at the moment. The poo, the skin, no temp x
