14 month old sleep issues

Hi, I'm looking for some advice on sleep for my 14 month old. She's recently started having split nights again, previously I managed to tweak her naps and it fixed the problem but this time I can't get it right! :(

For the past week she's been waking anywhere between 12:30am and 3:30am and we've not been able to get her back to sleep for 2 + hours.

When this first started her routine was -

6-7am wake
9:30am nap for 1 hour
2pm nap for 1 hour
7pm bed asleep for 7:30ish

My first thought was she needed to transition to 1 nap so for a few days we did the following

6-7am wake
11:40 nap for 2/2.5 hours
7pmish bed

This worked for a few days but then split nights happened again so we tried a cat nap at 10am to 10:30am and an hour at 2pmish. Again this worked for one night then split nights.

I just don't know what the answer is. If anyone could share their experiences or routine that worked for them I'd really appreciate it!

Thank you

This sounds like my LG! 13m (almost 14m)… past three nights we’ve had split nights. Two weeks ago she was having them then stopped for a week then it’s started again. It feels like torture! No exaggeration haha! Any one have any magic cures or do we just need to ride it out?
