Moses basket vs pram bassinet

Is there any reason (safety wise) not to use the pram bassinet attachment instead of a Moses basket for newborn sleeps at home?

I already have a pram bassinet and don’t want more products than we need!

I think only some prams are safe for overnight sleep - I expect the manual/info online will have the spec and whether it meets the safety standards. But definitely there are some that are approved, so I don't see a problem

I think the reason not to would be if it doesn't have adequate ventilation. Some bassinets are certified for safe overnight sleeping, but I don't think all of them are.

Oh yes, when I said prams I meant pram bassinet 🤦🏻‍♀️
