New mum of 2 - feel like a fraud

I'm a new mum of 2, one 3 year old who was in nursery 4 days a week and one 4 week old. My husband and I decided at when our second was 2 weeks that our eldest would start going in 5 days (he loves it and thrives there).

The eldest is currently off with a chest infection, my husband has stayed at home today to help, he had a meeting for an hour and I struggled so much juggling the both of them. The baby only sleeps on me, will wake as soon as she's put down. I put the baby down to make my toddler some lunch, baby now overtired and very upset and I'm having to rock her to sleep whilst my toddler is now asking for something else.

Who am I supposed to prioritise here? I feel like I've failed both of them within 25 mins of being left on my own with them.

Absolutely not failed, juggling two esp one being a newborn is hard.

My DD is 10 weeks now so I've been in the depths of it afew weeks ago.

A sling saved my life. If she only sleeps on you it would be ideal as your still mobile and can see to DS.

It's a learning curve as to what works for you but the baby is fine to cry for afew mins whilst you make lunch for DS
