Newborn.. watery poo..

My baby is 4 weeks old, he was born at 34 weeks gestation... I'm worried as his poops are really watery ( still ) - korma coloured, just watery.

He doesn't seem to bothered, eating, weeing and quite clearly pooping!

I don't know what to do... does this sound quite normal new born behaviour?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Do you mean watery like the texture of a milkshake? If he's breastfed that's normal. If you mean watery like water with bits in then that's not normal.

Not as thick as a milkshake, thin watery, no bits
