My 13 month old slept in a purflo nest when I put him into his big cot, I took it away at 11 months and since then he wakes multiple times in the night, with another baby on the way I really want to try and get him to sleep better his routine is a little unstructured simply because he won't sleep at the same time! It always between 7pm and 9pm! With one nap in the day around 11/12 for about 1/ 1 1/2 hours.
In the nest I would just pop him in and he would put himself to sleep and be great pretty much all night, now he won't fall asleep in his own in the cot and just crawls everywhere and then gets into stress until I hold him to sleep, he will then wake around 1/2am and again won't settle unless I hold him because if I try settle in the cot he's crawling everywhere, he will then ways up a couple more times.
There is nothing ejse in the cot other than him and sleeping bag, can you put anything ejse in there with them at this age to make it more 'cosy'
Just looking for tips as I keep getting bad headaches with this pregnancy and would just love a bit of decent sleep!
