Posting here as I haven’t received any responses on children’s health.
My DD is almost 6 months, she’s had some form of skin irritation on her neck/chin and cheeks for a while, GP said it was dribble rash but I’m not so sure? She is teething but I change her bibs straight away.
She has some eczema patches on the inside of elbows and backs of her knees which clear up with epaderm ointment. The GP didn’t think that it was eczema on her face/neck but advised me to use some hydrocortisone if it’s sore. She is also pooing a lot more recently but the GP wasn’t concerned. Has anyone else’s little ones had something like this?
I’ve tried various moisturisers but everything just seems to make it worse 😫
The redness seems to come and go but the irritation is always present
I did think it could be Cows milk intolerance via my breast milk, but only her face and neck are affected.
Any responses greatly appreciated.
