How to explain private parts to toddler

Backstory: I have a 3 year old (turning 4 soon) who will be starting school in September. She loves to show her knickers to her friends at nursery (they all like to show what colour/pattern they have) and likes to strip off whenever takes her fancy, mostly just down to her knickers but sometimes takes tries to take them off too.

I’m trying to work out how to explain to her about private parts ahead of school so she knows what is right/wrong. I’ve told her about how the parts of her that a swimsuit covers are private and that only mummy/daddy or a nursery worker helping her with wee accidents should ever see inside her knickers. And that she should not ask to see/touch other people’s private parts. I’m not sure I’m explaining the right way, she is very intelligent and understands a lot so I want to make sure I tell her in the right way.

Does anyone have any tips that worked with their child or maybe a book or video/podcast that might help me?

TIA!

Lots of nurseries and schools use the NSPCC guidance - Pantosaurus https://www.nspcc.org.uk/keeping-children-safe/support-for-parents/pants-underwear-rule/
